I help high achieving women who find themselves adrift in the postpartum period learn to set boundaries and prioritize their own needs without guilt, and as a mom of three myself, I have lived experience with the emotional rollercoaster of pregnancy and postpartum. I found my true passion in helping others thrive in the postpartum period, and I believe all moms deserve to feel supported and heard. I’m there with you as you dig deep into this new understanding of who you are, where you came from, and who you are becoming.
I am a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist through Postpartum Support International (PSI), trained in The Art of Holding Perinatal Women in Distress™ through the Postpartum Stress Center, as well Foundational Perinatal EMDR through the Touchstone Institute. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, offering therapy tailored to your unique needs during pregnancy and early motherhood. Through compassionate support and integration of evidence-based techniques, such as CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy, we’ll work on reducing anxiety, recognizing patterns, processing emotions, and building resilience to help you thrive.
